SAML
You don't have to pay any extra to use SAML with Deskpro and you can configure help desk authentication the way you want it. SAML can be the sole source of login credentials, or you can offer it alongside standard Deskpro accounts, or any of 20 other supported authentication sources.
Once you've connected your help desk to your SAML source, you can enable Auto Sync, so your help desk accounts are updated to reflect changes in the SAML data. If required, you can also sync records manually across from your SAML source.
